Jump 360 Newcastle | Pip Milburn
Last weekend we were invited to visit Jump 360 in Newcastle. We JUMPED at the chance as it’s somewhere we’ve never visited before. Jump 360 is a huge trampoline park based in Benton, Newcastle and they also have parks in Stockton and Hartlepool.
We chose to attend their junior session. This is a session specifically for under fives. It’s a chance for little ones to explore the trampoline park without getting squished by the older children. My daughter loved all of the Disney songs playing on the load speaker, I thought this was a really nice touch for the junior session.
There were about 10 children and their parents in our session and that gave everyone enough space to explore and bounce without bumping into anyone else.
The staff were absolutely fantastic, they spent time bouncing with all of the children, showing them how to do rolly-pollys and different jumps. The highlight of the session for my daughter was a surprise visit from Paw Patrol character Marshall!
I felt that safety was taken very seriously at Jump 360. On arrival we read and signed an electronic waiver form and attend a safety briefing before we were allowed to enter the trampoline area. In the safety briefing the staff went through the rules of what you can and can’t do. During the session there were marshals keeping and eye on everyone, making sure the children were bouncing safely. We also had to wear special socks (£2 per pair) that we can take home and use for our next visit.
There are 11 different zones to explore at the Newcastle park. Including dodge ball, ninja assault course and the foam pits. Some of the areas are closed during the junior session due to safety reasons.
Food & Drink
There is a cafe upstairs that sells hot dogs, toasties and pizza as well as hot and cold drinks. The food is reasonably priced and was served quickly. The cafe area is nice and clean as is the entire park including the locker room and toilets.
The price for the Jump Junior session was £5 per person and there must be one paying adult required per 2 juniors. Each session lasts for 1 hour, there are lots of different sessions to choose from, including Jump Family and Jump Teen. Information on the different sessions and prices can be found here.
We also vlogged our visit!
We loved visiting Jump 360, it was so much fun and great exercise too! We will definitely be going back for a second visit.
*Our tickets to Jump 360 were gifted in return for an honest review.
