By now, everyone knows how important health and fitness is to their lives. It’s no good sitting on the sofa watching TV all day. Walking 

Finally, there is no low-impact exercise more accessible or easier to do than walking. You don’t need to go on extensive journeys like you’re cosplaying Frodo and Sam on the way to Mordor. Instead, you can take a casual stroll around your neighbourhood, replace driving to work, school, or the supermarket with going on foot, or just moving around the house all day. There’s no such thing as taking it easy when it comes to fitness. Everyone has different ability levels so what might be easy for some is not the same for others.
