Scream Factory | Redcar | 2018

The Scream Factory in Redcar is now open for its seventh consecutive year. The hugely popular Halloween experience is now open for victims, sorry, guests to brave nine terrifying scare zones.

Last night Anthony and I attended the VIP launch night at the Kirkleatham Museum.

Scream Factory 2018

Along with other North East bloggers and press we stood outside waiting to be admitted, unbeknown to us we were not alone! Circling the crowd of attendees was a psychotic clown and decomposing blood splattered nurse. It had begun, welcome to the Scare Factory 2018!

On entering the building our names were ticked off the guest list by a zombie Master of Ceremonies with a very menacing smile.

After sipping on a glass of fizz and munching on a delicious pulled pork sandwich, it was SHOWTIME!

I was in a group with the lovely Laura from Look At My Clothes. Laura hadn’t been before and I couldn’t wait to see her reactions, she did not disappoint!

There are a few new additions to this years tour that had me screaming and laughing in equal measure.

I don’t want to give too much away, but if you want a glimpse of what to expect, here is my vlog from last year.

It’s a really good night out and something different to do with friends and family. I would definitely recommend it to any Halloween fans.

Tickets

The event runs until 31st October and tickets are on sale here. They have 3 different ticket types,

Twilight Tour for children over the age of 3.

Extreme Tour, this is the tour that I did, children over the age of 14 can attend but they must be accompanied by an adult.

The Isolated Tour is for those looking for the ultimate halloween experience. Are you brave enough to walk around the Scream Factory alone? This tour is for adults only.
